We chase every piece of knowledge to gain an edge — whether customer insights, frameworks from the greats, or buyer psychology.

So we are never afraid to challenge assumptions accepted by everybody else.

We don’t believe in brands that try to do everything and serve everybody.

The more expertise you build in a specific area, the easier everything else gets.

We believe less is more.

6. We believe perception becomes reality

People do judge books by their covers.

Details create the perception.

And the perception creates reality.

So we believe great brands are built in detail.

And we believe in designing every detail with intention.

7. We believe in sacrifice

Strategy requires choices.

It requires sacrifice.

So defining the things we won’t do is as important as the things we will.

Like the paths we won’t take, the customers we won’t serve, and the products/services we won’t build…

I was a Product Manager who built and grew various digital products in one of the most competitive industries — aviation.

That experience taught me the importance of positioning and differentiation in crowded markets.

I started Frontera to share insights on how to gain competitive advantages.

And it organically became a brand strategy consultancy after receiving similar questions from executives and helping them solve these challenges.
